Most modern hotel that I’ve found in the Bologna area, staff are excellent

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

This is an okay hotel. Pluses: pretty good location, easy walking distance to the old city center and major sights. The suite was very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. And the bathroom was great - best shower ever. Cons: our non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. The bed was not super comfortable - very firm, flat hard pillows, and no duvet; just a sheet and one rather scratchy blanket. Staff were polite but not friendly, and on our one full evening there, we could not go up to the rooftop bar because of a private event happening - which no one ever communicated in advance. Lastly, breakfast had lots of options, but none of them great quality.

From start to finish the staff were so helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and had modern amenities - very nice shower and walk in closet. They really thought of all the little things such as robes, vanity kits, slippers and extra pillows which made our stay comfortable. The art in the room ads a very whimsical and fun vibe. The breakfast was amazing with a selection of local foods to try! The property is in a perfect location to enjoy Bolognas historic center. Highly recommend.
