Amazing property, very convenient to the airport. Amazing grounds, pool and workout facilities. The staff is super friendly! The only slight drawback is the view from the higher rooms of the slums. But that’s really the only vey slight drawback.

It has been one of my favorite hotels in Mumbai, and I've been staying there since 2009. However, the property has started to look aged, staff are no longer as sharp, and it's common that if you forget something, housekeeping barely reports or returns it. The legendary seasonal tastes restaurant also has a tired look.
Apart from that, the room layout is one of the best and most spacious, and it's convenient with a mall nearby and the airport within half an hour. I wish they could bring back the old spark.
