yess 10/10 this was my second time staying at this hotel and it was amazing

Love this hotel! Staff is the best, rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and the service is phenomenal!

There was nothing to not like a amazing place to get away

Room was smaller than anticipated, but it was nice. Friendly staff. Thpught breakfast was free but was fast reading and it is available LOL. Good place to stay to catch a game or for convention center.

The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow.

Airport shuttle was probably the highlight of the place other than that it’s fairly rundown airport hotel with less stellar service

A little hard to reach and the shuttle options were subpar for early AM flights, but comfy rest and friendly staff.
