Room was very comfortable with great mountain views. Felt like a studio apartment and not a hotel room. Everyone from housekeeping manager to front desk personnel were exceptional. Desiree was a standout. She made us feel like old friends! Excellent property with the very best of customer service. Great location, too

Staff was great, room was super clean and comfortable although very dark (they need more interior lighting). The included breakfast was also very tasty!

Beautiful historic building! Very clean, and the bed was comfortable!

Always love the Brown Palace, staff is always great. The jazz music on Sat. is terrific! My only recommendation is that our room needed some upkeep, thing starting to fall apart in the room that need attention to keep this a spectacular hotel.
