9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Extremely disappointing experience.
I arrived after an 11 p.m. flight, exhausted and expecting to check in and rest immediately. Instead, due to an issue with the hotel’s booking system, the staff could not find my reservation, and I was left standing at the front desk for over an hour.
I had booked this hotel specifically so I could rest after my flight, yet I ended up losing more than an hour because of a problem that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility.
What was even more unacceptable was the lack of any sincere apology or compensation. The hotel made the mistake, but I was the one who paid the price with my time and energy.
A very poor experience and a disappointing level of customer service.
