I love this hotel’s location near the shops, and I stay here whenever I can. The rooms are always clean and spacious, making it an easy choice every time.

Great apartment, very spacious & clean. Well appointed with great amenities. Would highly recommend to any family or group looking for a 3 bedroom apartment. Signage for parking could be improved.

Rooms clean and beds comfortable with great air conditioning... The male concierge who checked us in was brilliant. My issue was with the one elevator and the room was small with the furniture and big bed which made it tricky to navigate, especially at night when going to the bathroom. It was also disappointing we weren't able to eat st the restaurants. I would give it another try and book a different room and check elevator.

On the second day of house keeping we did enough towels for the people in the room and they did not service tea and coffee facilities which was disappointing.

Very nice staff - especially the concierge at the front were very helpful - thankyou for letting my family use the pool when they visited.

This stay was well worth my money. The hotel staff, the overall cleanliness, even the engaging bar staff in the hotel's restaurant were the picture of hospitality. By far my favorite hotel stay so far in my life. The location is awesome if you're looking to see as much of Brisbane as possible. Staying here made my trip so seamless, they made being thousands of miles away from home that much easier. I am grateful I chose Hyatt Regency Brisbane! Will definitely choose them again.
