Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly but location is little bit far away from downtown

Great hotel in a great position.

Every thing was very expensive in that hotel the price was different and they changed my reservation

The hotel was great, location and everything about it was fantastic. The rooms were large and stylish with an old charm, with high ceilings and very well appointed decor. The beds (two twins connected to each other) had problem though, the side that my wife slept on was worn out completely and she fell into the mattress. She didn't say anything to me until I lied down on her side and realized myself how bad it was compared to mine. But by then it was the last night and we just told the hotel about it the next day on our way out. Not sure if they are going to do something about it or not. Other than a bad mattress (which is really the main part of a hotel room, yes?) the experience with the hotel was great and breakfast was fantastic too.

Beautiful hotel, very clean very comfortable complimentary mini bar was a bonus. Recommend local restaurant whistlers a couple of streets away. Great location near to the train station using S7 train to get to and from Vienna airport.

Would happily return! Great location to access entire city and the food in the restaurant is excellent as well

Location was perfect, you can walk to the center in 10-15 mins. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly.

The best part was the wienerschnitzel and chatting with the restaurant staff
