Large room and a convenient walk to shops and transit

The room was clean and nice, however the restaurant food was not good at all. The pool as open but had massive renovations happening the time we were there. It was loud and uncomfortable. Although the room was clean, it was difficult to get timely service and not being able to trust the food was not a good experience.

The perfect hotel for those taking a river cruise leaving this city. You are just a walk away from the key riverboat port.

Everything about the property and staff were great, but the surrounding area is a bit dodgy. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to book again

Rooms are a little tired but everything else about the hotel and service is Amazing! Breakfast with Sandra was delicious! It made our mornings too ok start off breakfast with her and some awesome conversation. Jasmin at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. They have a full open self serve bar in the lobby which is complimentary. They also have wine and cheese hour daily (we didn’t get a chance to participate) overall, location and value are a 10/10

Room had good amenities, bed wasn’t very comfortable and the mattress topper moved during the night. Staff were standoffish and overall not a pleasant stay.

Apart from the area, which has an industrial feel about it. You will not be diss disappointed, and it's aesthaetics, inside & out.
