Staff was courteous, however no complimentary water in room. Asked for complimentary water twice and eventually got it. The floor we stayed on was constantly cluttered with something, not sure if it was renovations being done at the time.

Superb hotel with great breakfast , nice bed and friendly staff

The room was clean and the bed is very comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue is the lack of sound proofing, but then when staying in a minimalist converted warehouse perhaps I should have expected that.

Clean room, nice staff, great location, very good breakfast and very quiet. I love this hotel.

The staff were great. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is located within minutes of the majority of the places in downtown we wanted to visit so we didn’t need a car. The room size’s are small, but nice. I would recommend this place to friends if visiting the downtown area.
