The hotel is clean and pleasant. The only issue i found was the buffet at Rico Rico. The food was just okay but for the price the expectations should be much better. Overall stay was great and I would come back for another stay.

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet.
We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney.
Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby.
The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities!
We're hoping we can stay again soon.
