Second trip was just as exceptional as the first.

My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.

Wish we could have stayed longer! A little bit of paradise in the very busy Playa Del Carmen. The staff are excellent. Would absolutely stay again!

I loved the swim out room the refills of the. Refrigerator daily? The breakfast buffet was awesome.Jeremy, Karen, Herberto at the lobby bar made us feel special every morning. I did not like the constant push for spa services it was all day everyday which was aggravating to me. Pool Zumba and volleyball was so fun! Loved the 24 hour sports bar and arcade area. The resort was great for our family of 6. Ages from 22 to 76! The party was set for everyone! Thanks for a great time!!!! Tam ATL

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pools were clean. Really nothing to complain about. The bed was a little firm for us and the beach wasn't what we expected but that just being nitpicky. Overall a wonderful stay.

Trained to upsell timeshare even called my room Some staff nasty and disrespectful Big stain on door cover Ant pile due to food not cleaned up from previous guest Old Odor smell Food horrific
