The staff are phenomenal and friendly. They were super helpful and this made our stay even better. The area is accessible to a lot of great restaurants and the beach. The only downside was that we found a few items/trash left over by previous guest in one of the drawers and didn’t seem super clean. Other than that, it was great!

Stayed in a villa for 5 nights as a family. Great level of service at reception and restaurant. Villa cleaning was somewhat uneven depending on the days.overall a very good experience.restaurant menus somewhat limited, but plenty of good restaurants at Aix.

The location was great. Walkable to everywhere. Closer to trains station. Great hotel. I didn't eat there so I don't know the quality of food. The staff was great and helpful with tips to where to go and eat. Great staying here.

First time
In Chamonix and Heliopic was a hyge win. Next to the Aguile du Midi lift and 2 mins from center ville. This was an amazing experience. The spa was incredible add on, and we used it everyday. We stayed in the privilege room and had an amazing view of the Alps. Plus very comfortable amenities and excellent staff. We were helped to a couple of hikes and recommendations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Chamonix. The hotel is top!
