Good modern property but the restaurant was expensive

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

The hotel is lovely and ideally situated in Seattle. The hotel and rooms are older and could do with some upgrades but on the whole the comfortable. Showers are the stand in bath type which can be troublesome if you are not too flexible. The lifts were difficult as only two and at peak times were taken up by staff and large trolleys. We had to wait for 4 lifts to pass before we could get in with our luggage. Restaurant breakfast was ok but only 2 staff and took ages to get all our table served and additional coffees etc. Enjoyed but would probably not return.

The phone system is a circular maze, getting to a human is impossible. Otherwise very nice place. I do miss a proper concierge service though.
