Beautiful hotel, great staff spacious rooms

Staying at the Westin Tampa bay made me feel like I was family. The staff was so accommodating and helpful with finding options for food and entertainment. I wanted to especially thank Tiara and Ernest for their professionalism, their customer service skills are impeccable. I will definitely come back and visit whenever I’m in Tampa.

Great customer service, rooms clean and food was good

Overall the property was nice. Reliable internet. Quality of breakfast buffet was excellent. Property is convenient to everything downtown, with restaurants/ bars within 25 ft. of front door. Several wall light fixtures were broken on 6th floor & ice machine was not available. Think $50 parking daily was pretty high cost. Overall, excellent for an older property.

The hotel has clean room, nice staff and perfect location, but the A/C make a lots of noise room 340.

The airport shuttle was great and we were totally comfortable with the stay.

The assistant general manager was super helpful and nice. She offer advice and encouragement to me and my son. I would stay there anytime I’m in Tampa. Close to mall and airport. Also not far from a park with a little beach front for family and fishing.
