Maipo Valley Honeymoon Vacations

We booked a bigger room which was really nice and spacious with nice hot showers. However, the hotel is on a busy road, therefore noisy, despite being on the 9th floor we heard a lot of traffic noise constantly. The mattress was not good at all, if my partner moved I felt like being jumped up and nearly out of the bed… There was also no internet for 2 days - apparently the provider's fault but they only came to fix it the next day, which was inconvenient as we didn't have mobile internet. TV doesn't really have English channels - not a smart TV - we could only watch BBC news. The breakfast however was good, and I would like to extend my special thanks to the lady at breakfast who made sure I always got gluten free things, she was really knowledgeable about cross contamination. They also had really good juices and a good coffee machine at breakfast. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from many tourists attractions, there is a shop 20 metres from it if you want to buy water for example and the metro station is extremely close as well. The staff was nice, they tried to compensate for any shortcomings of the hotel. Be aware: they require a security deposit, and if you're using Revolut or Monzo cards, those won't work for the deposit. You can pay with them for things, but for the security deposit you must provide a credit card.

What a great boutique hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were wonderful and the bed was great! Highly recommended!
