Nice sized room. Courteous staff.

Great location on the Stripe. Room was clean, bed comfy. Room has a fridge. Bathroom has a make-up mirror! Decent size room. Everyone we encountered (staff) was extremely helpful & kind. Ate at the hotel 3 times & food was good (breakfast cafe & sports bar restaurant). Casino was nice, not as loud & crazy as some of the bigger ones! We walked to the Sphere about an easy 15-ish min walk. Free parking. Car rental on site if you don't want to rent at the Airport. We rented for one day to go to Hoover Dam. All-in-all, geat property, easy to maneuver around the strip from there. We'd definitely stay there again.

Tried taking the stairway down to the bottom floor, and the staircase was absolutely disgusting. People are living in the staircase and left behind dirty clothes, food, and even excrement. The rest of the hotel was fine.

The casino in the Encore wasn’t as lively as expected. The Wynn casino was much more lively. Did not get a chance to visit the pool. Had to ask for slippers in the room. Would be nice to include them on arrival. Would also be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Beautiful room with fantastic views. Clean and the staff were exceptional. Food was moderately priced but I expected it. Jetted tubs not working as they are being replaced. Located at far end of strip and was not as easy to get to other casinos due to construction and no sidewalks in some areas, but I will be back as property is gorgeous and staff obviously love their jobs!

The room was spotless!! The staff very friendly and helpful. The whole resort is just over the top!!!
