While the hotel lobby and pool are nice, the room itself was very dated and not very clean, so I ultimately felt that it was not worth the price. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and the view from the restaurant is gorgeous; however, considering that the restaurant accepts reservations from non-guests, I didn't feel that the restaurant experience was enough to justify the stay for me. The hotel is located in a prime location though

I have stayed here many times sometimes three times a year, over fifteen years. This time I had a room next to a maids store room and a terrible view into a roof. Also the bed was one of the worst on a two week trip in the US. Hilton beds put this to shame.Really one of my worst times in this hotel very disappointing. Maybe they need to take care of repeat guests . The hotel was 30% full which makes it worse. Will think twice about returning.

Rooms clean, dining options were good, multiple pools and convenient to shopping

I enjoyed the treatment and how polite the staff was. Im definitely staying there again when I go back in December

Everything was great

Extremely Slow registration check-in process. Even though we were front off line. Employee disappeared for 15-20min. After a long trip, a long check in is not an ideal way to start a birthday trip for my husband, esp when he has mobility issues.

This was our theirs time staying there and we will definitely go back. Very clean and close to Disney Springs
