The property and room were clean. The only issue I had was that our room was far away from the kids pool and that there was an adult event going on that we had to walk through to get to our room. I just wish when we were checking in the staff checking us in would have said, oh you have kids would you like a room by the kid pool or let me put you in the other buildings on the property. I could have moved rooms after night one but felt like that would have been a hassle.

The spa pool was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The regular pool was warm and clean. The room was very clean and comfortable.
