Especially impressed by the outstanding communication skills of the staff and overall efficiency and effectiveness of responses to requests. We also enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant - Deessa a lot!

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
