room spotless and great view and great staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2 connecting rooms.

I didn’t get cleaning service even after requesting for it. but the hotel overall was alright.

Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and overall just a fabulous place to be. I will cherish the memories there forever.

The staff team were courteous and very helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and well provided with both supplies and equipment and the social hour in the bar was delightful.
