From the staff to the food, everything about this resort was amazing.

Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. We are very disappointed that the resort allows this to happen. Bathrooms within a distance from the beach were scarce and when you did find one, they were very dirty. Nighttime entertainment was none existent. Someone playing a saxophone in the lobby for an hour doesn't constitute a show! We will venture to find another resort for our next trip to Cancun.

A wonderful and relaxing adults only week in cancun! My only “complaint” is a slight musty smell to the room. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment - an all around amazing weekly. We received a free room upgrade w Expedia VIP. All the food was great, including the buffet (we loved the handmade tortillas at the Mexican restaurant at dinner). All the staff were amazing. Enjoyed resort credits from Expedia and presentation at Le blanc at the spa. Not a party resort - but enough things going on if you want to partake. All staff were so kind and helpful. Beach was great. Seaweed did wash up every day, but it didnt stop us from enjoying the beach.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our trip. The property was clean and the environment had a lively yet relaxing feel!

We had no problems making reservations for dinner and booked an excursion through them. There was a variety of food for the adults and my pickier son. The swim-up bars were super cool and the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend this resort and will be back!

The most amazing vacation we have had in a long time. The food and beverages are top notch. The service is even better. Would go back again in a second.

Very good resort!! Carlos and allo were amazing in the preferred lounge!!

The location was amazing. There are so many seating options around the resort and they are very comfortable. I would have liked the hot tub hotter. Several pool options so it wasn’t ever too busy. The staff are so friendly and very hard working. Would definitely recommend.
