Sadly, the location was great (centre of Edinburgh) and the staff lovely and helpful but the room poor. For over £700 for 2 nights b&b the room was small, no armchairs, 1 tired office chair, the sink was tiny and the faucet too big for the sink so every time you switched it on water poured onto the floor. The view non existent unless you enjoy viewing/listening to 4 huge noisy air con fans and looking into the back end of Edinburgh. Also red pull strings in bathroom and bedroom seems obviously designed for handicapped person so wasted on us.

We had such a lovely welcome from Zoe, she was really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy. Breakfast was really tasty and great selection. Staff took the time to greet us. Unfortunately we were only staying one night, would have loved to have time to visit the spa and pool. Thank you.

I loved the location. Hotel duVin was cosy . Staff were welcoming and very attentive. The open courtyard was lovely. Food was wonderful.

The location was perfect with their being a hop-on, hop-off bus stop directly across the streets, the royal mile within close walking distance, and a major car rental close by as well. Everything was nice overall at the hotel as well and the food/drinks served are of good quality though a bit pricey.

Wished we had booked for our entire trip. The most beautiful rooms with super Comfy beds and helpful staff. Will definitely come back here.

Fun adventure. Loved the connection with the Davidson museum. Bartender was wonderful and full of fun knowledge.

Amazing staff and the room was beautiful. Very clean. I thought leaving the key every time we left would be annoying but it wasn’t! Would definitely recommend!
