Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, rooms are pretty simple but clean and well kept. The only parking option is valet which is $75 USD per night, and there’s no coffee maker in the rooms which is a little inconvenient

The location was great for the Clipper, and was an easy 40 minute walk to the ball park. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, food was good. Not a lot of road noise, the train went by regularly but it wasnt bothersome. A cool iconic hotel.

I really like this property. Everything was pristine and high quality. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. The free car service was super helpful for dropping us and our luggage at the nearest metro station. The gym equipment was brilliant too. One area of comment - we checked in when the adjoining bar DJ was playing very loud music. It felt like I was checking into a nightclub! I couldn't hear the receptionist very well which was a bit of a negative experience.

Everything was great

Called in advance to make sure they had a pack in play and they said they did. When I went to put my 11 month old to sleep the pack in play was broken and I was told that was the only one they had. Told me if I wanted one to go buy it myself. Everything around was closed. Very tough night sleep with baby.

Fantastic property in Seattle. Beautiful grounds/amenities. Could use some updating here and there… but overall a great spot. Location is excellent.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Customer service was very professional and friendly. Safer hotel to stay with a gated parking garage.

The hotel was within walking distance to anything you wanted or needed. The staff was very helpful with setting up shuttles from airport and to port.
