This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

We stayed in extra upgraded juccuzzi tub on our balcony. The beverages, beers, and waters were not refilled at all during our stayed. Whether we’d requested via phone/in person in lobby. Why won’t they automatically refill while doing their housekeeping since we’d cut the light green/on??? It’s an all inclusive resort package.
Everything else was 5 stars including food, drinks and servers in restaurants.
