Sainte-Helene Golf Vacations

It was a charming hotel with a friendly staff and a great location. However, our room was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit the last two nights and couldn’t be made any cooler. Just be aware if you are booking in the warmer months of the year.

Room with balcony was great. Good location. Very nice staff.

My room was nice very average view was amazing however the room with some observation you can see the hotel was unkept i was on the oth floor but at night and morning there was excessive noise above me like furniture dragging that disturbed me every day, also hotel staff was not helpful or welcoming i waited for a toothbrush for over a hour, i called for things at night for 10 mins and they wouldn't answer the phone i had to go all the way downstairs to see them just sitting at the desk to get a response they also must have been short staff the room service employe was answering the phone and also running up and down bringing the food They said they had all night room service but didn’t

Amazing and beautiful property

We cannot say enough positive things about the stay. Jerry welcomed us upon arrival, Vera led us to great adventures, and Alberto and his crew gave us great cuisine. The spa, both restaurants, everything was just perfect. Close enough to everything but still intimate. First class. We will be back.
