This is advertised as a 5 star property. In my opinion, it is a nice 4 star but it’s the little things that Opus is missing to get it to 5 star. First—soaps and lotions were *not* Le Labo, they were a watered down Marriott version. The pictures need to b updated on the website. I would suggest robes and slippers on hand. (It was my understanding you had to request a robe from housekeeping). Towels were not soft, they were rough and we had to request more—only 3 provided, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, no makeup remover. 1 vanity kit, 1 shower cap and the smallest bottle of lotion that’s made for 1 use. Suggest turndown service. Better hairdryers, not cheap ones that don’t work. You have to request water and ice from housekeeping. The locations is nice! The people were kind. Housekeeping was on point. But to reiterate—this is not a 5 star property.

The hotel was very clean, and quiet. Quite grand I must say. I would definitely stay there again should the need arise.

Overall good they should change the bed a the mattress was extra soft and the pillow was very uncomfortable and old
