Lovely place. Very walkable to the area. Very close to a wonderful Michelin rated restaurant (Vaekst). My room was a bit compact, with great bedding, and a wonderful view.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location in the center heart of the city, a walk away from everything you need to do and see.
One problem is the NO A/C. It is not customary to have AC in hotel rooms in Scandinavia but, we were just at the beginning of the Hot Season and a portable fan given to us by the hotel did the job. Try to avoid Scandinavia and especially Europe in July & August as AC is not as common as in the US.

The place serves its purpose. The bathroom shower doors don’t fit properly and water would get all over the floors. Not sure we had hand towels. We had smaller towels than the bath towels but they were bigger than a hand towel. Also no washcloths. There is no true AC. The room does cool down but not like AC is running. If you moved around too much we got sweaty. We were thankful we brought along travel fans as that helped immensely. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good. Would we stay there again…yes, but would definitely make sure we had our fans and would probably pack our own washcloths.
