Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very efficient little suite. Good use of space. Good location.

It was an apartment style room so had everything needed. The main building was very nice and had lots of amenities such as gym sauna (mixed and female only), nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner (although we did not eat there)

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Can walk to main station and metro..

I was made to feel so especially especially as a solo traveller

Cute hotel if you’re looking for those “Insta” photos. If you’re after a great “spa” experience I’d look elsewhere. The sauna/steam rooms were on the top floor so you have to go in a lift. Great room and gorgeous toiletries 💕

It was not apparent on Expedia when booking the room that there would be shared bathroom facilities. We would not have booked this hotel if we had known this to be the case. On arrival we had to be moved from a room on the first floor because it smelled badly of damp. The alternate room on the 5th floor was better although the room was tatty. Damaged sink unit. Tap not secure. Broken slats on the bottom of the clothes rail. Under sheets on the bed were stained. One of the two shared bathrooms had mould by the window and broken wash dispenser. Staff were friendly. The location is very good as a base - Copenhagen is easily walkable. On arrival at the station it was less than two minutes walk to the hotel and the train journey from the airport was only 15 minutes. Communal areas of the hotel were fine. Did not try try breakfast which is meant to be good.

Great location and a decent place to lay your head at night. Rooms are small but space is used well and bathrooms are plenty big. Main issue was the bed with mattress that fell off in the middle of the night and they allow people to smoke right outside the entrance so you gotta walk through that and it even smells like cigarette smoke inside. It seems Copenhagen is quite expensive so we appreciated the good location and relative value, but they could stand to improve a few things as well.
