This is an old property but very well-maintained and clean. The staff were awesome and every interaction was memorable which is very rare in my traveling experience. Somewhat expensive for coffee or food; however, you have to search to find cheaper options in the south beach area. There’s also public parking around the corner which makes renting a car an attractive option. I would book again with this hotel.

The location is great if you want to enjoy the nightlife since it’s right in downtown, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. There was constant noise from police sirens and traffic throughout the day, which made it hard to get proper rest. On top of that, the noise from other rooms and floors was noticeable, which also affected my sleep. In terms of location, it takes about 20–30 minutes by car to get to Miami Beach. There’s also a mall right next to the hotel, which was convenient. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the water dispenser — although it was available, the tap where the water came out seemed dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was some black residue stuck to it. Aside from that, the staff were all very nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but I really liked the overall facilities—they were clean and had a modern design

Nobu was amazing, the staff at the pool knew the weather and possible weather tropical weather would bombard but then up and ready to replenish towels etc. I just love the beach, the restaurant and the way the bracelet made everything so easy.
