It's a newly built property with some serious flaws. Joining the head boards defeated the purpose of a twin room. Every motion by one sleeper affected the other person. The beds were separate, but joining the head boards does not work. Also, the fittings in the bathroom are poorly designed. They will be pulled off the wall regularly due to cheap design and weak materials.
On the check in procedure, pointlessness seems to be paramount. After handing over my passport for ID purposes, I was asked to complete a form on a laptop. 80% of the information sought was from my passport. Why the redundancy? Most properties simply make a copy of the document. The staff was noticeably unhelpful.
In short, the design aims for impressive opulence. The reality can be described by the adage 'all sizzle and no steak.'

Wow! What a gorgeous place to stay. Every detail was amazing, the decor was so beautiful and the staff were so professional and helpful. Great location, easy to get to the main sites, but far enough away that there were no crowds.
