Room was late, hotel was being used to film a channel 4 series / programme and tv crew were rude and drunk.
Our room was on the main road the the crew turned up at 5:30am to unload equipment they might as-well been in our room the noise was that loud, totally ruined the stay and my wedding anniversary

Beautiful Victorian building building close to Chester station, literally 1 minute walk from station entry/exit. Easy walk along the canal into the historic city centre.

room was clean and comfortable. It was difficult to find a parking space nearby. The shower head in the shower was leaking and sending water flying up over the edge of the enclosure and soaking the wall and floor in the bathroom.
