This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool . Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff . Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .

The staff were friendly and their food was great. Overall a great experience but the hotel has seen its better days and needs some update.

Checked in at 5pm. Room wasn’t ready. Nice staff. Adult only pool was closed at 7pm with access only to the Rasa Wing. Pool we were offered was filled with kids and families. Said beachfront but there was no beach you could get to the water as it has eroded away and is blocked by rock wall.

All staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room we stayed at was bit warned out and bathtub was bit dusty. However overall our stay was pleasant and would like to return to stay again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for and more. Very friendly and caring staff, who attended to all needs with a smile. Breakfast catered for all tastes with huge variety of choices. The resort is Beautiful and we had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely go back there in the future. We loved it there.

good for business travellers. reception was very friendly and informative with advice on hotel rate. located in business area, the surroundings are generally safe and quiet. available parking with minimal fee. spacious room with separate bedroom and lounge
