Nice place for a family vacation. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful!

Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Nice Rituals products in the bathroom. Location excellent with bus stop to Disney right outside and mall opposite.

We stayed here ten years ago and we was slightly apprehensive about coming again just incase the standard was not the same…… but I must say this time exceeded our expectations! The staff are so generous, friendly and kind and went above and beyond for us. My son (6) his first time abroad, loved his mocktail and fruit in our suite and the big comfortable bed. He said it’s his favourite hotel stay so far! The spa was still just as beautiful and the transfers to Disney were fantastic except for one driver who was driving quite dangerously. Sadly my son left his beloved octopus teddy at the hotel and would cost £39 to return which is too expensive for us but I understand. :( my son is really sad but totally my fault . Hopefully he’s living at the hotel living his best life! Few tiny niggles. Few broken areas on the floor, window was out to the Main Street so got some noise from police cars and youths at night, no English tv channels worked and the tv was very slow . Our room wasn’t cleaned or water replenished on the 2nd day , my sons googled were stolen from the swimming pool area and no instructions on how to use the air con .(I had the heating on for 2 days by mistake when it was 37 degrees) all in all an absolute fantastic stay and my staff are all amazing. We will be back .

Very convenient for Disney only 1 train stop away. Close to a decent shopping centre. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower pressure could be better. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries and sweet treats. Not so great with the hot breakfast options. Overall a nice stay, not a great stay.
