The hotel did not text a check in time as they stated so my husband had to go and ask for the room 45 minutes after scheduled check in time. Was put in a room with black mold that smelled. Asked to be moved which took over 2 hours. Spent a half a day of Disney time just trying to get in the room. The room we ended up in was fine, but property needs a serious cleaning and renovation. Not what I expect from Disney and we travel to Disneyland and Disney World regularly and stay on property all the time there with no problems. Would like a discount on our stay.

Very good for families with play area and swimming pool, bar on site, small shop and cafe. Breakfast was good with a varied choice and option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast. Distance by shuttle bus to parks is 10 minutes. Hotel is tired and the bedrooms are very basic and need refurbishing. Cheap bedding, marked carpets and battered furniture. Very hot no a/c just ceiling fans. For families with children under 10 the facilities might make up for the shabby rooms . priced high due to location unfortunately.
