My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Clean room, good Staff

Room was great. Parking was horrible. Stayed 4 days, only able to park there 2 out of 4. Had to park at MGM due to lot full. Long long walk between 2 facilities. Only good thing about long walk was it was covered. On check in I was told my reservation was canceled via owner of suite. I was told since i reserved and paid 3rd party they had no control. I confirmed with them room paid and reservation confirmed on December 10th for dates 26-30. After talk with his 'manager ' they decided out of the goodness of their hearts that they will honor the reservation after being canceled by 'owner' of rooms. Imagine my shock after ariving from all day driving that i didn't have a room. Will never stay here again. I advice caution about this place.

Clean room, good Staff

Nice, clean, high end hotel. I think its the one of the best hotels in las vegas, kind of pricey especially at the buffet it cost $102 per person to enter, but the variety of food is amazing. They have lobster. Crab and all kind of seafood plus all kind of meat plus all kind of desserts 🍨 🥧 that u can imagine 😋, That's why it cost so much but its worth it. I was staying originally at one of regular room but when i arrived they upgraded me to there tower suites and it was fabulous i really enjoyed it! Staff are amazing all of them they know how to serve their guest, always a beautiful smile on their faces that will make up ur day 😃, rooms are so clean and had a nice view to the strip. Room service was great and very friendly, i couldn't believe that the room service was cheaper than the buffet 😳 so i had a very nice dinner on a very beautiful awesome view! 😀 😋 Seriously i had a great time and definitely i wil go back again. I really love that hotel and i would recommend it to everyone. Definitely i will go back again! Thank you Wayne, thank you Encore. I really appreciate that you guys made my vacation ver memorable and I really had a great time with my family! ❤️❤️😍😍✨️🎉🎉🎄🎄

Clean room, good Staff

The room was mostly good. Clean, spacious and stocked with essentials, but the bathroom door didn't latch, I could also hear everything in the room next to me which was luckily mostly just the TV.
