This was a meticulously clean, quiet hotel with a great location for arrival and departure days in Iceland. Its also close to the Gianta's cave and a lovely cliff walk, port and place to watch the northern lights on clear dark nights. The bed was incredibly comfortabel as well. We also enjoyed a breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both were delicious.

On site parking, friendly staff, nice room and incredible view over a frozen lake. Definitely recommend this hotel and after staying here with my daughter's to see a Laufey concert, already have my wife nagging me to stay again but this time bring her along

This place was absolutely adorable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I will mention is the front desk agent there when we arrived should learn some manners. The morning staff made up for his curt demeanor and we enjoyed our stay overall.
