Very good experience at the Rydges Ringwood. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice modern hotel with very spacious rooms. It has a separate seating area as well as desk & bed. Was very convenient for us as we were attending a wedding which was very nearby.

The room was very clean however the floor hadn’t been mopped as o out a towel down on the floor and it was filthy, down side was there was no sink the fridge was warm kept nothing cold

Very nice hotel but let down by the bathrooms (door doesn't fully close, no privacy lock, a night light which can't be turned off and is seen from the bed, and the shower rose leaks and has poor pressure). Fix those and it will be a 5 star hotel, but I call it 4.5 at best currently.

All in all an okay experience about staying in Grand Hyatt Melbourne…. First of all the room was really small and the bed didn’t look like a king bed, the water pressure was really low for the sink and toilet flush, the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on so couldn’t enjoy our relaxing stay which was the reason we friends decided to book over. The good part was the breakfast it had really good variety and taste and was really sumptuous. Also they gave us late check out option because of the goof up done for the spa availability!

Good convenient location, rooms were good and clean. The bathroom entrance has a little slope, can be a slip hazard. Staff were good, and room service is decent. The amenities can be better with providing the essential toiletries and restock teas/coffee.

The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night. Thanks 1 Hotel :)

Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.
