Friendly staff ! Very helpful. This hotel was very clean , beds were comfortable and the view of the city was nice ! Walked to some places but also used uber and Waymo.

Will definitely stay again. Loved it.

On arrival, our original request for an upper floor room was denied and we were told that the corner room for our use was the 3rd floor. In addition, I was told that they did not see any confirmation that I was a part of the Fairmont President's Club. After I provided membership number 3249586145, it didn't matter, we were still assigned to room 39. Luckily, we had the same server for brunch. Jialiang C. was very professional and accommodated all of our request and anticipated with our needs on the 2nd day. Although your gym was large, it serves the general public making a proper workout difficult if not impossible when others, not a guest of the hotel takes over on the bench or bells that were being used without thought or moral consideration. To be honest, there were a few more items that made me believe that I would not be back to the Fairmont in SFO based on this past experience.
