We stayed here last year while it was being renovated so coming this year, the hotel had a major make over. My family and I loved it. Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place! Looking forward to next year!

This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.
The only slight downside to this hotel is the pool area is not the best. It feels really cramped and because of the proximity to the beach, many guests bring sand into the pool. Not ideal. It also closes fairly early.
Location is right in the heart of everything, very walkable to most things.
Overall, great spot! A great hotel, done well.

Great resort! We took the yoga and meditation classes every day. Staff were friendly; room was always made up early. They even found my lost baseball cap through their online list and found system. Would definitely return.

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst.

The Waikīkī tower at the Ala Moana Hotel is undergoing renovation. This Luana Vacation rental has recently been refreshed. Bright colors and updated furniture really have improved this property. Good value for the money
