Absolutely amazing stay at the Pan Pacific Perth. Beautifully appointed rooms which are clean and modern. Wonderful staff and two words are a must ‘Club Lounge’! Go the extra mile for a club eligible room because the staff, food and drinks were just top tier!! Great stay!!

Room was what you would expect for the description they had on the booking. There was a very distinctive closed-up smell (lack of fresh air) & the bathroom needs a bit of maintenance - toilet roll holder & toilet seat was loose, shower had a small amount of mould in the silicon & a few tiles had cracks. Continental breakfast (food) was all good, unfortunately there was no area to sit in warmth (only outside seating available) & weren't allowed to take plates/cups back to your room.

The location was easy walking to Elizabeth Quay and the two Malls. Metro bus stops just 10 metres down the road. Staff were all so helpful and welcoming from the time we arrived to when we left. The cocktail bar was lovely to drop in to after being out and exploring. Once again the staff were so lovely. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone.
