Xitou Monster Village Fishing Vacations

We were so pleased with this hotel! It is beautifully decorated, with a calming ambiance, down to the soft music playing in the lobby and hallways. We loved the location as it was in a quieter area of the city and within walking distance of Soochow University and The National Palace Museum. There is a beautiful garden park just down from the hotel that you can walk through to get to the museum that we loved as well. Public transit was a 3 minute walk and the hotel offered free parking for our car rental. Our room was very clean! We loved the small amenities like bottles of water and a few snacks we could take with us on our daily adventures. The bed was firm, and the bedding was clean and cozy. Our shower was hot and we had no issues with water pressure. The staff deserves a shout out as well. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning and we appreciated the variety of choices. We especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice!!!

the hotel is very old look! many buildings are surrounded the hotel with very poor view! i lived in 9th floor - when i open the bath room curtains i can see some peoples from other buildings! no privacy - the restaurant is very noisy like a market or battle zone!! our suite cost about $650 usd per night! original we booked a suite - it was japan tatami style- in order to make a tatami the room, they put wooden box in living room, and put tatami in this box! that creates two level floors in one small unit!! this up and down style has no sign, no railing, no special mark on the edge of step, and no lights!! between bed room and living room there is a small toilet sitting in this up and down small landing corner! - my 83 years old husband almost tripped with this floor style! after we shared this concern hotel staff has changed our room into a European style suite with one level floor! the toilet is separated from shower and bath room, in between, where is the bedroom! it is quite inconvenient! the bed is huge - this is good point!! the pajama is too small and old look - bath tower is old and pillow is big but toooo soft with some smell!! there are slipper in the room good for shower use! Over all, the hotel is not recommended!!

Staying at the K Hotel ChangAn was a great experience for my family of 4. It's conveniently located close to a subway station and many restaurants. The free to use laundry machines were very useful, and the on site breakfast was amazing. Very clean, quiet and well managed. I plan on staying here again when I return.

If you have memory foam cervical pillow will be great!

Room and location were very relaxing and beautiful

Hi Arrived in the hotel at 5 am, I asked for a half day early check in but was quoted a full day rate. They did offer me a 75% rate for a 9 am check in. I came back to the hotel around 8 am and asked if I was allowed in, the front desk crew has now changed and offered me a 50% day rate which I gladly accepted. After getting into my room, the front desk called me to rescind the 50% rate and changed it back to 75%. I was tired and did not want to complain too much I thought this was really not professional and customer oriented move.
