They had a lengthy computer system glitch where they were not able to provide room keys, and wrote down my credit card information on a piece of paper (not secure) while their computer system was down. Lousy customer service. I expressed concern about my card information being written on a piece of paper, and they were dismissive. The room was fine, but it wasn’t great.
