The property was clean and easy to get to food, shopping, etc. just wish they would have a night stand by the beds.

my only complaint was that the doors were very very loud in the halls at night. it sounds like a gun going off. everything else was great

Pricy, but you got what you paid for.

Excellent property in a very convenient location. Close to the dart. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Aline was amazing. Professional and pleasant. Made stay a wonderful experience. She deserves to be commended for her ability to make sure customers are taken care of and happy.

Great location and service

This stay at the Dylan Hotel could not have been lovelier! From the sweet, friendly, helpful staff to the location to the food, especially the wonderful breakfasts, this hotel stay will always be our favorite. And our room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. This hotel has tv and air conditioning as well.

Overall loved the quietness and spaciousness of the room. Pointers for consideration: soft lid close for toilet; concierge desk/person seemed a little unfocused and not the level we were expecting- though friendly; do we need to see a line of room cleaners when we leave in the morning, probably not.
