Our room was clean and well maintained. City Garden Grand is considerably less costly than many other five-star hotels in Manila yet is able to maintain good standards and provides the necessary amenities. Staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was amply stocked, with enough staff to assist if needed. My wife and I took advantage of the spa massage, which was nice. The rooftop restaurant is a pleasant place for a meal or drink also. Overall, a pleasant stay. I will consider returning.

Compact accommodations but extremely comfortable, and super convenient when traveling through NAIA terminal 3 since it's literally across the street from the foot bridge. The restaurant is small and very crowded, so best avoided if possible. There's a Starbucks on the property which has Belgian waffles, croissants and Danishes if you just need a quick breakfast and hate crowds as much as I do.

Very clean hotel, high quality, helpful and efficient staff, great Buffett and restaurants, lots of other amenities. No complaints!

Just ok. Very simple hotel nothing special but the staff are very nice. Hotel needs some improvement/maintenance.
