Absolutely unforgettable doesn’t even begin to cover our stay at Hotel Zermatterhof. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble at any time, no matter how small the request. The level of service was simply exceptional and made us feel truly special throughout our stay. The facilities are outstanding: elegant, immaculately maintained, and perfectly designed for both comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtfulness, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury. The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Set in the heart of Zermatt and surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery, it felt like stepping into a postcard, especially at Christmas. We were lucky enough to experience a truly magical Swiss Christmas, complete with snow-dusted mountains, festive charm, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The Zermatterhof didn’t just meet expectations, it exceeded them in every way. A flawless experience and a hotel we will treasure forever and absolutely return to.

Excellent as always but the roadway outside was being “worked on “, so rather noisy during the day. But not the fault of the hotel!
