Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice location. Walkable distance from the station. Easy to access the boat transportation. Nice restaurants near the hotel.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect location, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here when visiting Venice next time.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . The hotel is centrally located and is just a stones throw from St Mark’s Square, but that is about the only positive thing I can say about it. The hotel reception looks nice and gives the impression of a certain standard of hotel, however the room we were then shown to was very different. It was much shabbier than the main reception and seemed to be at the back of the hotel as we went through a separate entrance to reach it. The room didn’t look like the pictures we’d seen when booking, although perhaps we aught to have done more due diligence. The room itself was sparse and not at all modern, with very dated fittings and fixtures. The bathroom in particular was unpleasant and in desperate need of updating - I tried to use it as little as possible. There was a fridge in the room, which was helpful but other than that the pillows were wafer thin, the bed was hard as wood and the view was non existent out of the window. The telly didn’t give much hope either with only a few channels working. The staff at reception were generally helpful but not exactly friendly and the breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Luckily we had only booked to stay one night and we couldn’t wait to leave. Will not be returning again.

Superb location! Seamless communication and arrangement from arrival to departure. The facility was very clean. This is our child’s favorite hotel, they prepared a twin size bed for her in our suite, along with her own little robe and slippers that just made the her whole stay beyond amazing!

Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

The bathroom faucet handle is broken.

Early check in compared to other hotels (2pm). Room was small but had all we needed. Air-conditioning was very good. Toilet constantly running so needed attention. Easy check-in and check-out. Didn't have breakfast or eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. Handy for main Venice sightseeing spots. Gondola service close to hotel and bar nice for unwind at the end of the day. No view of the canals from the hotel. Rooftop terrace but no bar up there so needed to take drinks up with you. Venice is beautiful and we will definitely return.
