Only place I will ever consider staying when back in Indianapolis

Smaller than expected but very clean and nice. Was big enough for me an my husband. Check is done by yourself through instructions emailed to you. Still had to call for help. Definitely read the instructions all the way through to the end and then read it again. Did not realize we were renting a place in an apartment complex. Customer service was not knowledgeable with our issue when we were trying to check out. After being on the phone for 10 minutes with no solution, I told him what I was going to do (this is over the phone) and left.

This is a nice property. Our room was large, had everything you could need in it, and was comfortable. It was clean, and felt inviting. It is a great location for walking to downtown restaurants, bars, and the monument area. However, there are a few things one should be aware of before choosing this property. The entrance is the only finished part of the first floor at one end of a large building, so it's easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. It feels very secure because you need three different codes to access your room (building entrance code, elevator code to your floor, and room access code), but I had to have my phone with all three codes ready each time I entered. Also, many might find this a positive, but it is across the alleyway from an outdoor venue that plays live music (both on the Friday and Saturday nights that we were there), and since we had been up to travel by 4 AM on Friday, we were not thrilled to hear it. So, it is a mixed review for me.
