Beautiful hotel

We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious and enough for 2 people! The one issue I had was on our last morning we ran out of toilet paper so I ran down to the lobby to get some more. I stood in line, patiently, while the attendant was helping someone. When it was my turn, she took the flight attendants and pilots that arrived after me and were in line behind me. Fortunately for her there was another staff member and he helped me. He apologized and gave me the to. That was the only issue we had so I’ll still give them a 5 star rating. Warning: the parking garage is terrifying to drive into. Had we been in a car and bigger than it was I’d have hit the wall a few times. Tightest turns I’ve ever seen.

Great location, very clean. The 24/7 market in the lobby was a nice amenity! Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but not really comfy. Pillows are well used an flat only 2... As for cleaning for towels an trash. Out of 4 days. Only once an we had to ask for it. They where nice to hand us clean towels.

La ubicación es buena puedes ir a todo lados apie. Buenas camas para dormir. No me gustó una señora del desayuno se mostró ostil incluso apago la waflera y cuando no se había terminado de cocinar. Es un falta de respeto. Deben orientar el personal para que pues atender correctamente a los Huéspedes.

There is no one at the front desk. There's not really a front desk. During normal business hours, there was very often a sign on the door saying they "stepped out" and had a phone number to call. Outside of business hours, the place was completely unstaffed. I did not feel safe there. The 1st night, I had to take my dog outside around 2:15am. After we walked outside, a man appeared inside, directly in front of the door. I never heard a hotel door open or close. He was acting very suspicious. He eventually walked over to some cars (never opening a door or driving away). I was very afraid and there was no one who could have seen it since it's empty overnight. I also had an issue with the TV. The local channels never worked. An employee came to my room to attempt a fix, but it didn't work. Then maintenance was called and they never appeared. When I went to remind them, the office was empty once again during business hours. At that point, I waited around for someone to show up and cancelled my remaining stay. I would never stay there again.
