Southern Madrid Fishing Vacations

Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around. The room is big and has many amenities. The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable. Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp. The bed is very hard.

- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included - The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me in a way that I’d be excited to come back to rest. **The available pictures are after the cleaning personnel passed while we were using the room (we didn’t mind, we just wanted to stay in but still have the room cleaned); so it wasn’t done 100%. When we would leave though, it’d be done perfectly.**

Far from gran villa with metro construction in the works. But hotel prices s well equipped

The service was great, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but expected a bit more selection but overall was nice
