Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good.
I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions.

"This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. "It’s a very simple hotel in the center of the village, with a very basic breakfast selection (if you want orange juice, they charge EUR 5.5). It’s not ski-in ski-out, the shower is very small, there’s no minibar, and the room temperature control wasn’t working. The staff were very attentive"
