The property was advertised falsely. The reason we booked here was because it was advertised to have an on-site restaurant and an on-site bar. This was not the case. There is no longer a restaurant or a bar on-site. Do better owners, tell the truth and don't mislead customers to book here when you don't have the facilities you say you have. Nowhere on their website does it say there is a gambling room operating out of there that there are unsavory people hanging around outside our door begging for cigarettes etc. The heatpump was extremely old and loud so we had to turn the faulty TV up really loud to be able to hear it. The shower leaked all over the floor almost causing me to slip when I stepped out of the shower. The fan didn't work in the bathroom either
The spa would have been nice but we never managed to get in as there were always people drinking in it for ages. When we rang for assistance to get the heatpump working the attendant was very attentive.
Overall I would not recommend this facility, I would request they remove important things from their website like the fact there is no restaurant or bar

Was a great family stay. Great location with lots of things to do close by.
Breakfast was great and the kids loved the options available.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
